1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fintrics ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Fintrics provides stock analysis, financial reports, and investment insights based on publicly available data from EDGAR (SEC) and FRED (Federal Reserve). Our Service includes:

  • Stock scoring and analysis reports
  • Sector analysis and comparisons
  • Portfolio management tools
  • Historical data and trends

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your account information updated
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription tiers (Free, Trader, Pro, Enterprise) with different features and credit allocations. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected.

4.2 Payment

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • All fees are in USD or GBP as selected
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to features until the period ends.

5. Credits and Usage

  • Credits are used to unlock stocks (1 credit per unlock)
  • Monthly credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • Unused credits do not roll over (unless otherwise specified)
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire
  • Free tier users are limited to 2 unlocked stocks at a time

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on Fintrics, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and data analysis, is the property of Fintrics or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Use

You may use our Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

7. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

7.1 Data Sources

Our data comes from publicly available sources (EDGAR, FRED). While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all data.

7.2 Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: Fintrics provides analysis and data for informational purposes only. Our Service does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. You should consult with qualified financial advisors before making investment decisions.

7.3 No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data or information
  • Investment losses based on our analysis
  • Service interruptions or errors

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Reverse engineer or decompile our software
  • Scrape or harvest data without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary. You may terminate your account at any time through your Account settings.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree that the courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
